The idea for Bruler came about when I had just finished University. I wanted to create a project which would challenge me in ways I hadn't been challenged in before. So I decided to create a craft beer brand with a focus on locally sourced ingredients. This required a level of research I hadn't quite reached until this point, from finding out what ingredients grow around the town I chose (Bern, Switzerland) to the flavour profile of the chosen ingredients, to make a believable product.
